Check-In
Our friendly front desk staff will greet you, collect your forms, and scan your ID and insurance card.
Vitals & History
A nurse will take your vitals (blood pressure, temperature, etc.) and review your medical history.
Provider Exam
Dr. Smith or one of our providers will discuss your concerns, perform an exam, and create a treatment plan.
Check-Out
We'll schedule any follow-up appointments, send prescriptions to your pharmacy, and handle payment.
